As a Lead you will provide leadership within the business through your demonstrated, hands-on expertise within:
. Information and data architecture
- High level solution design
- Data engineering
- Cloud platforms - AWS

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will Develop proposals and business cases, analyse requirements for Data projects.
- You will Develop solution, data architectures & designs for Inbound & outbound Data Integration, Data Lake, Business Intelligence, Reporting and analytics solutions.
- You will lead, manage, develop and grow high performing teams.
- Recruit amazing talent and build a high performing team.
- You will identify and drive solutions to ensure value-add inspired by the data team is aligned to company objectives, and be able to demonstrate and communicate the value of this team to the business.
- You will be an enabler for your team by identifying challenges and blockers and driving solutions to mitigate and solve.
- You will continuously collaborate and build strong partnerships with our stakeholders, managing their expectations and driving optimal ways of working to deliver initiatives together effectively and efficiently.
- You will evolve processes to ensure efficient ways of working to maximise output from the team.
- You will proactively identify gaps, turn them into implementable solutions and build business cases as needed to take these initiatives forward.

**Required Experience**:

- You have extensive experience in Data Analytics from defining metrics, to deep-dive analysis, to experimentation and forecasting.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading, designing, and developing data lake and data integration architectures, as well as Data Quality, Data Cleansing & Profiling, Metadata Management, and Data Catalog solutions, and prior experience in managing medium to large end-to-end engagements.
- You are a smart problem solver, who does not hesitate to get hands-on to unblock your teams and deliver quality solutions quickly.
- You are able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines.
- You are highly confident in dealing with ambiguity and scoping work with keen attention to detail.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills.

- You are a strong communicator who can present complex solutions to both technical.
- You are an experienced Head used to managing and developing talent.
- You have excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in working with AWS.
