Snr Performance Manager

This is a role for someone who has expert experience across managing entire Performance media campaigns with entrepreneurial spirit and is now looking for a more strategic role leading a team of performance experts within the business.

In this role, you will act as the 2IC to the Head of Marketing and act as a crucial member of the marketing function

You will cover all Biddable media (SEM, Display, Social, Native, Programmatic), SEO + test & learn (LP, creative, channels, partners, funnels).

**What you will bring**:

- 7+ year experience in Performance Media - ideally with experience working alongside the sales team
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
- Team management experience is a must - 5+ direct reports
- Experience in the finance and insurance space
- Comfortable understanding of digital media channels and the wider digital landscape
- Some experience delegating and managing junior team members
- Be an effective communicator
