Bags To Go is one of Australia's biggest retailers of Luggage, Handbags, Backpacks, and travelgoods. Our outlet stores offer a huge range at discount prices and include the biggest brands.

We are looking for an experienced retail manager to lead our Brisbane store, with a strong focus on customer service and building a team.

The nature of our stock (Suitcases+Bags) means that the cartons are large and sometimes heavy, so the ability to lift+move+unpack the cartons is a must and requires someone who is physically fit and able. We also require merchandising and storage on shelving so the use of a ladder is required.

The person and the role:

- Previous retail management experience
- Physically fit - able to climb ladders+move stock
- Visual Merchandising
- Cash Handling
- Team management
- store rosters
- Stock management
- receipt, stocktakes, storage
- The managers roster runs Tuesday
- Saturday with Sunday and Mondays as RDO's. Managers are required to work some Public Holidays and must be available throughout December.

Start date is flexible but ideally mid-late February 2025 after completing a phone/online interview followed by in-person at the store.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
