Report to the Head of Research Relationships- Work for a growing global brand- Engage with stakeholders at all levels
Reporting to the Head of Research Relationships, the role is responsible for managing key Research House relationships and the end-to-end research ratings process of Pendal products with a view to enhance the brand equity of Pendal and to help optimise ratings outcomes. To drive inclusion of Pendal products in client portfolio solutions offered by the respective consulting businesses of the Research Houses.

- Assist the Head of Research Relationships with the development and execution of strategy in relation to Research House engagement.- Be a key contact for Pendal, manage relationships with the Research Houses and their respective consulting businesses.- Management of the end-to-end fund ratings process of Pendal products with a view to enhance the brand equity of Pendal and to help optimise ratings outcomes.- Drive the inclusion of Pendal capabilities in client portfolio solutions offered by Lonsec Investment Solutions, Zenith Consulting and Morningstar Investment Management.- Collaborate with the investment specialist team, along with the Distribution team more broadly, to develop insightful analyses and compelling rationale to competitively position Pendal’s capabilities in the market.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications- CFA, CIMA or equivalent desirable- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Financial Services- Sound understanding of the Funds Management industry, including investment management- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain solid relationships- Strong analytical skills- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the business- Highly effective, influential, and persuasive communicator- Proactive, pre-emptive, and positive with a strong bias to action
