**Your New Role**:
To provide high quality support to aligned Financial Advisers by co-ordinating all aspects of clients ongoing
service requirements and managing the implementation of financial advice for new / existing clients.
**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
- Support aligned advisers to achieve applicable revenue growth targets with particular focus on retention / growth of ongoing client numbers
- Specific responsibilities include maintaining client review schedule to ensure all agreed client reviews are completed
- Maintain up-to-date client information in Xplan to ensure data integrity of advice documents, compliance and reporting
- Responsible for coordinating the implementation of advice
- Responsible for managing ongoing fee arrangements
- Response for liaising with support teams to ensure documents are prepared prior to appointments
- Any other responsibilities as applicable to the delivery of quality financial advice to clients
- Create positive client experience via required client interactions
- Support a client centric culture through sustained actions and commitment
- Put clients Best Interest first
- Deliver to and continue to enhance the customer experience
**About You**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
- High attention to detail, organized and great at prioritizing workload
- Completion of financial planning study ADFS or equivalent desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Focused on great client outcomes
- Strong understanding of the advice process and compliance framework (Inc. FDS and ARD processes)
- Experience managing client review schedules utilizing Xplan as a CRM.
- Experienced with implementation of complex advice (investments, insurance, Centrelink, SMSFs)
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Enjoys client interaction
