Automated Control Solutions (ACS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Allrounder to support our growing team. If you have strong accounts payable and receivable 3 + years’ experience along with general office administration, this role offers variety, stability, and a collaborative work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to General Manager, your will be responsible for but not limited to:
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable** - Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments.
- **Customer & Vendor Liaison** - Communicating with clients and suppliers professionally.
- **Document Management** - Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.
- **Team Support** - Assisting with general office tasks and contributing to a smooth workflow.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in **accounts payable & receivable**.
- Strong attention to detail with **accurate data entry & record-keeping skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office & accounting software** - XERO
- Knowledge of Simpro ( desirable)
- Excellent **communication & organization skills**.
- Ability to **multitask and thrive in a dynamic office environment**.
