APF Cold Storage and Logistics is a South Australian family-owned business, operating in Adelaide's transport and cold storage industry since 1983.

We are currently expanding our operations to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Regency Park, and are looking for dedicated staff to join us during this exciting transition.

**While this role is casual**, full-time/part-time positions may be offered applicants that excel.

**Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)**
- _Receiving and storing goods_
- _Picking and packing orders_
- _Stock control and warehouse organisation_
- _Operating forklifts and pallet jacks_
- _Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards_
- _Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines_
- _Loading and unloading trucks_
- _Driving Trucks and delivering goods (cartons, kegs, pallets and more...)_
- _Loading/Unloading shipping containers_
- _Physical labour_

**Skills and Attributes**

A successful applicant will need the following:

- _Valid C Class Driver's License_
- _Reliability and Flexibility_
- _Effective Communication Skills_
- _Tech Literacy - APF use technology (computers, Tablets, RF Scanners) for stock control, picking and delivering._
- _Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects - up to 25 kgs, but manual handling equipment is always used where possible._
- _Attention to detail, problem-solving and organisational skills_
- _The ability to work well with others_
- _A willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to the needs of the role*_

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**
- (These are not essential, but will improve your chances of success)_
- _Valid Forklift License, recent experience_
- _Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers License or above, recent experience_
- _Previous Warehousing or Delivery driving experience in the Greater Adelaide Area_
- _Customer Service Experience_
- _Manual Driving Experience_
- _White Card_
- _Yellow Card (EWP)_

**Pay Rate**

The hourly rate for this casual role isranges from **$32 - $35/hr **based on demonstrated prior experience, desirable skills/qualifications and agreed responsibilities.

At minimum, all employees at APF Cold Storage and Logistics are to be paid in line with the National Employment Standards and the Storage Services and Wholesale Award (MA000084). We believe in investing in the right people, so we offer above award rates for our staff.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:
