Description:
Our Opportunity
The Internal Auditor will lead and undertake internal audits of the CoAct Quality Management System with the purpose of identifying & mitigating risks. They will work closely and cohesively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that quality, contractual and legal obligations are followed.
Key responsibilities include:
Review organisational risk and develop annual internal audit schedules
Conduct internal audits on CoAct’s Quality Management System in compliance with the internal Audit Manual
Prepare and present regular reports
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and staff
Skills and Experiences:
About You
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong organisational, initiative, and resourcefulness
Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously
Willingness to undertake additional training
Preparedness to undertake interstate travel, as required
Required Experience and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience developing annual audit schedules, conducting quality audits and assessing the effectiveness of organisational risk controls
Proven experience issuing accurate and detailed audit reports that provide valuable insights and improvement opportunities
Demonstrated experience maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, proactively engaging with them to ensure quality requirements are understood and met
Desired Experience and Qualifications
Experience with ISO9001 or similar
Exemplar Global AU or TL- or a similar/equivalent qualification
Exemplar Global QM- Quality Management Systems
