You will work from home & across the services within your cluster, along with our Box Hill State Office when required.
- Full time; $123k + super
- Hybrid working both from home and across our services
- Free access to gyms, recreation, and aquatics centres across the state

**About the role**

Due to an internal move within the team, this leadership position has become available. Reporting to the Executive Manager - Early Learning, you will lead and manage the operations of six Early Learning Centres across our Western cluster, focusing on growth and operational performance. In this role you will:

- Provide direction for new initiatives, strategic planning, quality and facility improvements
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development amongst your team
- Build strong local leadership, ensuring our facilities make a positive impact within our communities
- Develop and deliver quality, programming and compliance strategy in collaboration with the wider Area Manager team and Quality Operations Manager
- Build and maintain strong partnerships, both operational and strategic with key stakeholders

This is a full time opportunity with a base salary of $123k + super. You will work from home & across the services within your cluster, along with our Box Hill State Office when required.

**About you**
- Support your team with an emphasis on communication, empowerment and engagement
- Be highly autonomous and require mínimal support
- Have a strong focus on quality programs and education
- Have a solid knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Victorian Early Years Framework and the Education and Care National Regulations and Act
- Hold personal alignment and passion toward the Y’s values and commitment to children and young people
- Have demonstrated leadership experience that inspires and motivates people across the function to perform to their best

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood/Children’s Services or similar (Tertiary qualification is preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
