**Job Description**:
Reliable and engaging. As a Duty Manager, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead and supervise the day-to-day hotel operations to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Supervision of lobby services including concierge, ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalise service
- Daily liaison with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximising of yield

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is a must, luxury experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera or a related PMS system. POS experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of a second language is an asset
- Valid and current First Aid + CPR
- Valid South Australian RSA and the ability to hold RP badge
