**Production Assistant**

**About us** - we are a wholesale manufacturing business who produce gourmet products, we supply products throughout Australia for cafés, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets.

**About you**- You are an enthusiastic person who loves food and have an eye for detail and would like your next role to be in the food manufacturing industry. You will need to have had previous experience in the industry.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to decorate cakes.
- Weigh and Mix Products.
- Have commercial experience making pastry products such pies and sausage rolls.
- Able to read recipes, weigh off accurately.
- Have previous experience working with industrial machinery.
- Work within a team environment.
- Able to lift 15kg.
- Participate in general housekeeping within the factory.
- Great attention to detail a must.
- Reliable form of transport.
