**Barista Wanted for TRU Coffee Balwyn**

We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our Balwyn location, the home of Good Times and Great Coffee.

Enjoy the opportunity to be our Head Barista and join a team of passionate and vibrant staff committed to delivering a special customer experience.

As a barista all-rounder, you will be joining a team with a reputation of delivering high quality coffee and supreme customer service. Our group has a great passion for all things coffee, food and people. You will also be required to enjoy a great chat with staff and customers,.

Strong Experience is preferred but not required. We do love a good base knowledge of coffee including dialling in, grinder adjustments, extraction, as well as basic latte art skills. You will be working with high volumes of coffee, with a great ability to work well under pressure.

Please note the additional points below
- At least 1 year experience of Hospitality.
- 1 day at the weekend
- 35 to 45 hours/week
- Any visa
- At least 6 months remaining on visa

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
