As our HR Administrator, you will create and maintain talent management operational efficiency and support the human resource function. You will assist the Talent team to partner with the business to achieve our mission of enabling ageing Australians to live at home for as long as they choose. Our team prides itself on providing exceptional service to the business whilst role modelling Our Promise, Vision, Mission, and values.
**As our HR Administrator you will**:
- Assist with day-to-day operations and provide general administrative support in keeping with agreed timeframes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and review employment contracts and contract variations including verifying accuracy and ensuring that relevant documentation accompanies contracts.
- Review and maintain employment contract templates and HR forms, ensuring standardised language and formatting.
- Prepare and review offboards and facilitate offboarding related activities for employees.
- Maintain digital and hard copies of relevant documentation, HR records, files, registers, databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Contribute to the delivery of HR programs and projects.
- Respond to queries and provide general advice to employees and leaders.

- Administrative experience, preferably within a HR function.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail, initiative, and planning skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, disciplined and results orientated.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment, including the ability to buddy and cross-train team members.
- Willingness to learn new systems and be challenged by the development of a high growth business.
