**Who are we?... Forward Ability Support** is a not-for-profit organisation focused in giving people living with spinal cord injury every opportunity to live life on their terms.

**BrightSky Australia** is the social enterprise of **Forward** and through it we provide medical consumables and equipment across Australia to homes, businesses and government in the ageing and disability sector. All profits go towards supporting **Forward Ability Support** community programs.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an individual that has high attention to detail and great communication skills to join our growing team. The Warehouse Receiving Supervisor is responsible for:

- Oversee day to day warehouse floor operations
- Collaborate to maintain adequate staffing and warehouse operations
- Lead your team in allocated warehouse tasks
- Lead your team in compliance with relevant standards, policies and procedures
- Support & attend training programs
- Ensure transaction and enquires are actioned in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage team performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement Initiatives
- Maintain working relationships with external service providers

**What will you need to join us?**
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Forklift licence
- Consistent focus on process and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and investigative abilities
- Proficiency and speed with PC and business systems including reporting skills with ability to adapt and learn new systems
- Demonstrated knowledge in Warehouse and business systems in high volume operations
- Planning and time management skills
- Ability to alternate between shifts and start/finish times
- A positive attitude and pride in your work

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and skill as team leader with the management of people
- Formal qualification in Warehousing
- Capacity to innovate to improve operational efficiencies
- Experience in medical product distribution and warehousing
