**The Opportunity**

BrightSky Australia is currently seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stack materials within the warehouse or production area.
- Conduct routine pre-operational checks on the forklift and ensure its proper maintenance.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage racks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organise and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate retrieval of materials.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as required, such as packing, labeling, and general housekeeping.

**Desirable**:

- Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of forklift operations, safety procedures, and material handling practices.
- Ability to operate a forklift with precision, even in confined spaces or high-traffic areas.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.

**Essential**:
