As our junior finance officer you will support the financial operations of our organisation by handling administrative and transactional tasks.

Your key responsibilities include:

- **Managing Financial Records** - Keeping track of receipts, invoices, and financial transactions.
- **Processing Payments & Invoices** - Ensuring timely payments to vendors and reconciling accounts.
- **Budget Assistance** - Helping prepare financial reports and budgets.
- **Bank Reconciliation** - Matching financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- **Tax & Compliance Support** - Assisting with tax filings and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- **Payroll Support** - Helping process employee salaries and benefits.
- **Audit Preparation** - Assisting in financial audits by organising documentation and verifying records.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
