Join us as we embark on an exciting new chapter following the strategic integration of two industry giants: Network Insurance Group and Insurance House. This integration is set to revolutionise the market, combining the strengths of both brokerages in a pioneering step for Steadfast Group.

We are looking for a Claims Executive to manage a portfolio of motor and property claims and proactively support client outcomes through strong claims advocacy and diary management.

**About the Role**

This role is focused on the end-to-end management of domestic property and motor claims. As a key member of the claims team, you’ll proactively manage your portfolio through strong diary control, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims while maintaining a high standard of client service.

As a Claims Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing claims efficiently, driving the motor portfolio through our streamlined claims process, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- End-to-end management of motor and domestic property claims in line with internal processes and service standards
- Effective liaison with clients, brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders
- Contributing to claims reporting, dispute resolution and escalation processes
- Working closely with Account Managers to support clients throughout the claims journey
- Supporting the broader claims team and Claims Manager in achieving national claims outcomes

**About You**

With experience managing end-to-end claims, particularly across domestic property and motor, you understand the importance of process, service standards, and achieving the best outcome for clients.

You’re a clear communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams. You work well with account managers to resolve issues and guide clients through the claims journey, including disputes when needed.

Organised, collaborative, and proactive, you thrive in a team environment and aren’t afraid to lend a hand or ask for support. You’re proactive, resilient, and detail-focused — and you bring a results-driven mindset that will see you succeed and enjoy the role.
