**Practice Manager**

With 3 clinics (Kew Vet & Cattery, Hawthorn East Vet & Alphington & Fairfield Vet) you will be joining a large team of experienced vets & nurses who work alongside each other to make this workplace great.

The position is perfect for an established nurse leader or practice manager, or an experienced nurse that wants to step up into a leadership role with support from an experienced and well established leadership team.

**The position**:

- Managing day to day operations.
- Providing leadership for the clinic team.
- Clinical shifts as part of the nursing roster.
- Driving a customer-focused culture.
- Contributing to continuous development and improvement of the team and facility.
- Workforce planning including rosters and recruitment.
- Maintain standards, values and visions.
- Oversight of equipment maintenance and training.
- Maintain and oversee financial productivity.
- Ordering & stock control.
- Ensuring adherence to OH&S policies.

- Excellent listening skills
- An understanding that many things in the veterinary Industry are not always predictable.
