**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our clinic. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our practice, providing leadership to our administrative team, and maintaining our high standards of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
- Lead, supervise, and support administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and other administrative procedures.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Work closely with medical staff to coordinate and improve patient care services.
- Implement and maintain quality management and continuous improvement processes.
- Familiar with Accreditation process with AGPAL.
- Address patient feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including health service providers and suppliers.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar managerial role in a healthcare setting for at least 2 years.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Best Practice experience is essential.
- Cubiko, Automed and HotDoc experience is desirable.
- CDM understanding and nurse management skills advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities and Human Resource Management experience essential.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and administrative systems.
- A qualification in healthcare management or relevant field is desirable.
