**About the Role**

We are looking for a Sales Administration Assistant to support the sales team and assist our customers at our Ezycoat Virginia store. The role blends customer-facing activities with administrative tasks and wider support for the Dulux Acratex QLD sales team.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Sales and Service
- Completing Quotations for the sales team
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Preparing quotes and sales orders for customers.
- Arrange deliveries for inbound orders

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines
- Courteous and prompt customer service skills
- Highly personable and builds rapport
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate as part of a team but also have the initiative to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, sense of humour and willing to learn.
