Are you an experienced horticulturalist with a passion for cultivating gardens and landscaped environments?
**Your new company**
I have partnered with a family-owned and run business who provide a professional network of retail and trade outlets. Running a nursery which has the best range of plants, fruit trees, citrus varieties and landscape products. They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join a dynamic team as a Site Supervisor. **Your new role**
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a primary nursery facility. You will report directly to the Site Manager and lead a team of sales assistants, nursery hands, and site workers. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of customer service, product presentation, and safety protocols.The position will be 30% office based and 70% overseeing the nursery.
Duties will include
- Managing a crew of 5 members
- Organising shifts and products
- Gardening duties
- Asset Management (pre-starts, faults and fuel entries)
- Invoice approvals and raising purchase orders
- Negotiating purchases with suppliers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualification in Horticulture (Cert III or above in Horticulture is preferred)
- Previous team leading/supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
- Outstanding plant knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills/ scheduling experience
- Manual Driver Licence
- Available to work every second Sunday
