Bunnings Chadstone are looking for a Full-time Administration Supervisor to work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing phone and in-person inquiries to assisting with administrative tasks. **What’s involved:*** Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner* Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping* Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office inventory* Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements* Managing and coordinating stock effectively.**Who we're looking for:**Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.
