**About the Opportunity**:
The Central Highlands Local Area Coordination (LAC) Service is seeking two energetic, capable, and flexible Local Area Coordinator's to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Team Leader of the NDIS LAC Service - Central Highlands, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities and connecting them to the services they need.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is Australia’s largest social reform since Medicare, and LCHS is proud to partner with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to deliver the NDIS across the Central Highlands Region.
We are hiring people who want to connect individuals with disabilities to the NDIS, build trust within the community, and help create lasting change.
**Your work will include**:
- Assisting people with disabilities to understand and access the NDIS.
- Supporting participants to develop and implement their NDIS plans.
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborating with the community and stakeholders to promote the NDIS.
