**Overall Purpose of the role**

The Supply & Demand Planner will plan and deliver continuous optimisation of goods supply for our customers. Firstly, through developing a robust long term Demand Plan by region and secondly, planning to fulfil that Demand Plan by executing optimal Supply Planning strategies with a focus on customer stock availability

**What to expect day-to-day**
- Develop demand forecasts
- Review, research, prepare & evaluate data/trends
- Reconcile significant demand variances & refine the forecast model
- Create weekly purchase order plans
- Optimise supply of inventory
- Identification of inventory problems
- Product life cycle management
- Support team to achieve KPI’s
- Maintain planning systems & software

**Key Skills Required**
- Prior exposure to Demand or Supply Planning. 3 years +
- Demonstrate competence in data analytics and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
- Excellent planning, time management and executional skills
- High interpersonal skills and stake holder management
- The ability to communicate written and verbally with clarity and precision
- Excellent organizational skills
- High knowledge of MS Excel
