**About the Role**:
Join our growing wholesale furniture business in a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to contact for our customers, support operations, and contribute to sales and digital marketing efforts. If you're someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with business development and lead follow-ups
- Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment
- Create purchase orders and maintain accurate records in MYOB or Zoho
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, payments, and customer details
- Perform basic bookkeeping and general administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders to keep stock and sales flowing smoothly
- Create and manage Facebook ads; support digital marketing campaigns
- Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling
- Occasionally assist with light duties related to our other businesses, as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Experience with MYOB and/or Zoho (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
