**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Production Officer, Public Programs & Awards to support the production and delivery of the Library’s public events and awards ceremonies, encompassing logistics, technical requirements, and audience management plans.

**How to apply**

**Question 1**: Provide an example of a public-facing event you worked on, detailing how you coordinated event production, logistics and technical requirements.

**Question 2**:Detail how you approach planning events for general public audiences to ensure meaningful and high-quality engagement.

**Talent Pool**
