**The Role**
The APS6 Project Support Officer provides support in all aspects of project planning and delivery of the JP2060-4 Health Knowledge Management Project. The role includes developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, risk and progress management, liaising with stakeholders, meeting reporting requirements and supporting project related activities to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within scope in line with established project management methodology.

Experience in project management, stakeholder and communications management, good verbal and written skills, budget management, procurement and contract management is essential. The role requires working effectively as part of a dynamic project team to ensure compliance with governance and quality requirements to successfully deliver all project milestones and outcomes.

The role will be responsible for maintaining completeness and currency of CIOG reporting in accordance with deadlines, contributing to Agile Sprint Planning activities and alignment with the project schedule.

**About our Team**
JP2060-4 Health Knowledge Management (HKM) is providing a comprehensive healthcare experience supporting the wellbeing of military personnel, by implementing integrated clinical, pharmaceutical, laboratory and medical logistics Capability. The Project will adopt an Australian health industry COTS suite of software products, and be fully integrated with Defence’s SIE, both in garrison and when deployed.

The Project is included in the Integrated Investment Program (IIP) as part of Defence’s broader ICT program of work, and is aligned to the Defence Business Enterprise Architecture Transformation (DBEAT) Capability Program. The DBEAT Program is a key pillar in achieving Defence Transformation Strategy reform.

The APS6 Project Support Officer role requires a high-performing and NV1 cleared APS6 to project manage various elements of the JP2060-4 project. The APS6 provides Commonwealth assurance and governance to the project. The Project is high tempo and high profile. Experience in project management, budget management, procurement and contract management is essential. The APS6 also oversees production of the weekly team communications, and is part of the Project Management Office.

They require very good written skills. The APS6 Project Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining completeness and currency of Project Central reporting in accordance with deadlines, contributing to Agile Sprint Planning activities and alignment with IMS, assisting with Contractor on-boarding and off-boarding, and booking travel. They will also assist the Project Director and Project Management Office as required. We are looking for someone who can:
