**About the role**:
Playing a valued part in our operations team in Altona North, this permanent full-time position works Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.00pm. Your key duties will include:

- Accurately book in all vehicles using hand-held computer or book in sheet. Physically opening all vehicle apertures will be required
- Liaise with key operations personnel to ensure the accurate processing of customer vehicles including transport, rectification, book in procedure and inspection results
- Driving of salvage vehicles across the yard when required
- Removing decals from vehicles to ensure no damage to the paint or underlying surface
- Assisting other team members across our operations teams when needed

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do and to be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment medical, which includes a fitness assessment and a drug and alcohol test.

**About you**:

- Experiences working in the automotive industry and/or administration roles (desirable)
- Willing to undergo background checks (Police and Work Rights) and a pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol test) as part of the recruitment process. Please note: we also conduct random drug and alcohol tests onsite.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
