Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? At **Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour**, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on **Front Office Team Leader** to guide our Guest Service Agents and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

**Your Role**
- Lead, support, and mentor our Guest Service Agents to deliver exceptional service.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of our Guest Service Agents
- Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries.
- Be the first point of escalation for guest issues, resolving them with professionalism and care.
- Work closely with Duty Managers and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of presentation across the team and lobby.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services, ideally in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Confidence in using hotel systems and managing multiple priorities.
- A guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
