Luxury boutique hotel in Fitzroy looking to employ a bar manager for its signature restaurant.

Must have high end luxury experience and a passion for mixology. We like to color outside the lines and rework classics. Must also have a passion for all things local. We like to know how, where, who and by whom things are made and build strong relationships with our local produce suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
