NRMA Parks and Resorts are an industry leader in the Holiday Park industry, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 51 parks throughout Australia.

**The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Hand to join our team on a casual basis. The hours available will be variable, with availbility to work on weekends and public/school holidays.
- Following direction towards portion control, cooking standards and wastage.
- Ensure all aspects of food preparation is according to company guidelines and customer preferences
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements
- Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting all kitchen areas in accordance with daily cleaning
- Receive, store and distribute goods & equipment.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, or club kitchen
- A working understanding of 'Food Safety' principles and workplace health and safety
- Possess highly effective verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
