Job Overview
Within our approachable, friendly and team-based way of working, you will advise our clients, who are among the world's leading companies, on the full range of public and private transactions from complex multi-billion-pound cross-border deals, strategic joint ventures, major divestments and demergers delivering a blend of high-quality legal input and pragmatic business-focused advice.
Your main focus will be on Energy sector, but you will also collaborate on transactions that fall within the entire Corporate Team activities.
What you will do
You will be given the chance to handle a variety of high-profile energy and infrastructure corporate transactions and be involved in working closely with clients and other lawyers. This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organisational skills as well as developing superb technical abilities.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for career progression.
Your career experience so far
You will ideally be an Associate with experience in Energy sectors in top tier international law firm or Australian law firm.
You will be a self-starter with a strong academic background, a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills and a high level of commercial awareness, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
