Samsung Smart Logistics was incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. Samsung SDS service provides personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution called “Cello”. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.

Samsung SDS Global SCL Australia (SDSAU) provides quality and sophisticated logistics service to our value customers using “Cello” system.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Identify and resolve potential issues and disputes relating to Transportation and planning
- Work closely and ensure good communications with other team members including the Warehouse operation team, customer services, and billing team
- Finished Goods logistics coordination & system management.
- Coordinate work in a team environment under general supervision
- Answer and respond to general inquiries from suppliers, customers, or transportationcompanies professionally and courteously at all times
- Inbound / Outbound Duties
- Truck driver instruction & Schedule deliveries
- Experience with inbound and outbound vehicle scheduling (desirable)
- Management of site-to-site inventory transfers
- Management scheduling Inbound and Outbound
- Populate daily reports and distribute them to appropriate departments
- The ability to meet set KPI’s to ensure the efficient running of the distribution centre (On time Delivery, G/I, POD, Return)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- More than 10 years of experience in logistics
- Tertiary education will be regarded highly
- Knowledge of WMS and a high level of understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience in generating, planning and delivering continuous improvement initiatives withinwarehouse operations.
- Must be able to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders and buildeffective relationships
- Excellent attention to detail

- Monday to Friday
