Hello, we are opening something a wee bit special in Fitzroy North.

What’s it called I hear you ask?... One Trick PonyOTP.

A modern Australian, wine focused restaurant and bottle’O; our aim at OTP is to reflect and cement ourselves into the community we love. Where once again it becomes a place where locals, friends and family feel welcome and can call their own.

We are looking to fill a couple of key casual roles in the team as both waiters and wine retail staff.

**Requirements**:

- Current RSA
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- A demonstrated desire to learn
- Cocktail, wine (WSET and CMS study) and beer knowledge will be an advantage
- A desire to work in a professional, customer focused environment.
- The ability to work successfully and communicate in high pressure situations.
