About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to act as the first point of contact for our internal studio BlueSky. You will work with internal stakeholders, answer their queries and work towards solutions to meet stakeholder satisfaction. You will be supporting the Account Lead and Account Manager with briefs and timelines. You will use your communication skills to identify and address stakeholder needs while representing our internal studio in a positive way. Ultimately, you will contribute to building efficient, long-term relationships with our stakeholders to reach our business objectives.

**Role Location**: Melbourne, VIC
What will your day look like?
Gathering information on assigned stakeholders and contacting stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to stakeholders’ queries.
Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular communication.
Support the Account Manager in project management from briefing to final artwork and production.
Support the Account Manager in project budgets and timelines.
Provide support in supplier management (printers, 3rd party suppliers etc)
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
1+ year experience as a Junior Account Manager or 2+ years in a marketing administration role
Day-to-day account management skills, facilitating meetings and WIPs
Good working knowledge of creative and production functions to manage expectations.
Have worked in a large organisation and able to appreciate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail
Expertise in all Windows Microsoft programs, including Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite and Jira
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
Effective presentation and negotiation skills
