Our client is a dynamic and modern Accounting practice located in South Yarra. They are a social firm who value their employees and offer career progression.
**The Opportunity**
They are looking for a Junior Client Services Administrator with +6 months experience within a admin background to support their accounting team.
**Your duties may include**:
- meeting and greeting clients
- answering phones
- following up invoices with clients
- ATO portal / WIP
- making coffees/ keeping the office tidy
- sending out correspondence to clients
**About You**
- Previous admin experience
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
