Our project at Curragh North is located 15 mins north of Blackwater

Responsibilities of this role
- Lead machine maintenance activities for all machinery on site
- Execute planned repairs within time and cost requirements
- Complete planned, unplanned, and corrective maintenance tasks
- Inspect equipment and raise job requests on any defective parts/components found
- Be self-motivated and able to direct a team
- Be committed to procedure based preventative maintenance
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out safely

Requirements for this role include
- Trade qualified with post-trade experience in the mining industry (Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic)
- Able to communicate effectively with experience in a Leading Hand role
- Experience with heavy earth moving equipment.
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or we can assist you to obtain)
- Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Queensland driver licence
