We are currently looking for a Forklift Driver/Machine Operator as detailed below. This role involves operating both machinery and forklifts in the quality lab.

Essential:
Forklift driver licence with minimum 2 years forklift driving experience.

Verbal & written communication skills.

Willingness to perform manual work.

Safety awareness.

Work Hours:
4 days on, 4 days off

12 hour shifts from 6:30am/pm

Duties

Operate forklift - transfer products from/to various locations.

Starting machines, observing operation and adjusting controls to regulate temperature, pressure, intake of raw materials and speed

Unloading and storing output

Assist with manual handling - hand sorting floor boards and eaves.

Fixing attachments to machines, setting controls and loading material to be processed

Quality control in the Lab.

Others:
Able to work in a team.

High work ethics.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
