**INVENTORY CONTROL ASSISTANT**

As our business is experiencing rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for an Inventory Control Assistant who can help managing the inventory of our company.

In this role, you will be required to keep track of the goods and supplies in a store or warehouse and assist to manage orders to facilitate sales or production. The duties include signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products and supporting placing orders for more inventory according to demand

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Assisting with the daily warehouse operations including organizing stock, conducting stock takes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Receipting all deliveries and allocating and distributing of stock ahead for retail outlets.
- Coordinate, monitor, and document all transfers between outlets and warehouse.
- Ensuring all dispatches and transfers are packaged safely, securely, and clearly marked for correct delivery.
- Maintaining a cycle count register and performing regular cycle counts to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
- Weekly reporting of stock on hands levels, movements reports and cycle count results summary and findings

**_About You_**
- Having previous inventory / supply chain experience
- Demonstrating the ability to work on multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Showing excellent attention to detail
- Possessing strong communications skills and a high standard of presentation
- Having excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Having proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and have an Intermediate to High level of experience in Microsoft Excel
