**Management and Strategic Manager**

Finnish Early Childhood Education (Australia) Pty Ltd is an education group developing early learning centres in Australia under different brandings. We are looking for an experienced Management and Strategic Manager to enhance our corporate structure, operation and development of childcare centre businesses in Australia. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne. Followings are the requirements for the position.

Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 per annum plus superannuation

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor degree in management or equivalent with post-graduate degree preferred

Experience required:

- Experience as management in listed company
- Corporateplanning and strategic planning
- Listing rules in Southeast Asia capital market such as HKEX and ASX
- Financialmodelling and performance due diligence for merger and acquisition
- Business feasibility analysis and risk assessment
- Financial feasibility analysis including financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
- Management accounting and business performance analysis
- Financial budgeting, cost analysis and revenue management
- At least 10 years working experience in senior management position, of which at least 5 years should be in corporate planning, corporate finance, management accounting, business operation analysis, due diligence and risk assessment, preferably gained from listed company in Southeast Asia such as HKEX and ASX.
- Investor relationship especially capability to communicate with investor from Greater China background

**Responsibilities**:

- Review the current company structure and workflow including communication with key stakeholders to understand the current practice, market and competitor analysis, internal structure efficiency analysis etc.
- Identify areas with insufficiency and areas for improvement including departmental structure and relationship, accountability and authority matrix, practice and procedures etc.
- Establish and propose restructuring plans to enhance company operation efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness including resources utilization synergy among different business units across Australia and other countries.
- Advise, monitor and implement the restructuring plan including communicating with key stakeholders the rationale and benefits of the changes.
- Establish documentation such as methodology, policy and procedures, guidelines, flow chart, manuals etc. to substantiate the workflow and execution of the new structure.
- Ensure new structure to be fully compliant with local authority as well as the list regulations of the target capital market for listing.
- Evaluate potential new businesses including merger and acquisition to be comply with the overall company strategy and new structure including feasibility study, financial sensitivity analysis, risk assessment, strategic value evaluation etc.
- Investor relationship especially capability to communicate with investors with Greater China background.
