Purchasing Cataloguer for Mining Client - great onsite facilities

**With a world-class portfolio of mining operations spanning several commodities, including iron ore and lithium, this organisation is an innovative and leading provider of mining services.**

**Duties**:

- Creation of materials/Service Masters using standard transaction and bulk upload tools
- Ability to work quickly, consistently and accurately
- Perform data analysis (often with limited information)
- Ability to produce consistent and accurate information in the systems efficiently
- Planning and prioritisation of multiple tasks often across multiple projects
- Ability to manage a project plan and communicate about changes, status and improvements
- Assist in the development of data standards, templates and training packages as required
- Well-developed communication and influencing skills
- Mentoring and training team members on the cataloguing function.

**Skills**:

- Sound communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Advanced Microsoft skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Process Definition
- Good stress management, prioritization and goal orientation
- Supply Chain and Purchasing
- Project Management.

Qualifications:

- Auslang/NATA cataloguing Certificate will be well regarded

Experience
- Cataloguing experience, preferably in the mining industry
- Familiar with ECCMA/UNSPSC standards
- Commercial experience - familiar with vendors in the industry and the quotation process
- Proficient in data manipulation
- ERP Optimisation/bulk uploading of data
- Organisational experience.

This role is based just north of the city in state-of-the-art offices with subsidised first-class eateries and an onsite gym.
