**About the Role**

**This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis located at our Salisbury site covering the Adelaide North region.**

**You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice.**

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

- Work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people, employers and staff;
- Effectively prove your strong knowledge of industry and the labour market;
- Prove your ability to motivate and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders including staff;
- Demonstrate strong task and time management with attention to detail and data integrity;
- Ensure administration requirements and reports are accurate and up to date and provide reports and other information to management as required; and
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to type 30 words per minute.

You will also be required to:

- Hold a current drivers’ licence;
- Have at least three years experience in Employment Services; and
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
