Overview –

The Club Manager's responsibility is to direct, guide and execute the clubs operational plan and influence all business performance outcomes derived from marketing activities, club membership performance and club growth KPI's.

The Club Manager is responsible for all areas of the gym including membership experience, sales acquisition, financial management, team leadership and overall business operations which lead to quality member service and providing a premium kids fitness offering.

You will have significant input into the direction and decision making within the business.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Managing clubs KPI's,
  • Scorecard ratings and club audit results
  • Providing a quality member experience
  • Club culture and member retention
  • Team management, performance, retention, recruitment, growth & development
  • Management of member related issues Cancellation management, working to save members where possible and obtain feedback
  • Club presentation KPI forecasting
  • Arrears and debt management
  • Timetable management
  • Ensuring quality classes are provided and are in line with rand standards
  • Prospect management Coordination of club events and promotions
  • Gymmaster administration and compliance
  • Management of social media pages
  • Working closely with marketing company to ensure effective lead generation Business to business, community outreach and lead generation
  • Workplace Health and Safety Incident report management
  • Stock ordering and inventory control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,823.99 – $750,000.00 per year
