**The Role**

Our client, a specialist conveyancing law firm based at Noosaville are experiencing rapid growth, seeks a Conveyancing Assistant. Duties include opening conveyancing files, first letters, data entry, searches, in house stamping, PEXA receipting and processing, trust receipting and cheque printing and general administration duties.

**You**

To be suitable for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year's Conveyancing or Administration Assistant experience within a law firm or real estate background. In addition, you will be a team player and have very good attention to detail.

**Salary / Law Firm**

Well established specialist conveyancing law firm based on the Sunshine Coast (Noosaville). The firm offers a base salary of up to $55,000 plus superannuation (dependent upon experience).
