**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Educational Quality Specialist is responsible for providing specialised coaching and support to Skills Teams to deliver personalised learning and case management including coordinating work placement plans, additional support services and harnessing industry expertise to assist in student retention.

**ABOUT YOU**
- To succeed in this role, you have a passion for the industry. Ideally, you have the ability to drive continuous improvement and can provide coaching and support. You will also have the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Deliver leadership, coaching and support regarding employer engagement, student retention, customer experience (learner pastoral care) and safety in learning delivery to provide student pathway support and optimise student retention.
- Provide expert advice and support to the Skills Teams, including Teachers, Assessors and Education Support Officers in relation to specific needs of differing customer segments (e.g. EVET, International, Higher Education etc.)
- Analyse research and critically review contemporary case management practices.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
1. Appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF levels 5-8 or equivalent and appropriate vocational and or industrial experience.
2. Knowledge and experience in the VET environment.
3. Demonstrated experience in advisory roles in dynamic and complex environments, specifically providing advice, assistance and support to management on student learning programs, educational assurance and initiatives.
4. Well-developed communication and negotiation skills across a range of customer groups with diverse specialties.
5. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
