Facility Manager

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to older people and we want you to help us deliver that at our Daceyville Aged Care Facility. We are seeking a Facility Manager to lead our aged care home with a focus on quality, compliance, and resident-centred care.

**The Role: Monday - Friday - 76 hours per fortnight**

**Your role will incorporate**:

- Planning, control and directing the provision of a range of high quality personal, clinical care and support services that encourage and enable residents to maintain their autonomy and independence
- Managing the budgetary requirements of the facility
- Managing the smooth running of the facility on a day-to-day basis
- Leading the team and managing staff performance, recruitment and selection and building a positive culture within the team
- Ensuring all SCC policies and procedures are implemented and followed, taking a continuous improvement approach whilst adhering to all accreditation standards.

You could be either a Registered Nurse with extensive Aged Care experience looking for your next career step or already managing a facility and looking for a change of scenery.

**In addition, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Health, or Business Management
- Current AHPRA registration (if RN)
- Strong leadership and aged care management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & compliance
- Proven ability in budgeting, staffing, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication with residents, families, and teams
- Proficient in aged care software and reporting systems
- Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
