As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a**Workers' Compensation, Health & Wellbeing Manager** to join the team in Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring accurate, timely processing and cost-effective resolutions.

Develop and execute return-to-work (RTW) programs, working closely with employees, leadership, and external providers.
Design and roll out manual handling risk reduction and other injury prevention initiatives.
Monitor workplace absence trends and implement strategic interventions.
Educate and coach leaders on best practices in workplace injury management and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders.

**What You'll Bring**

A relevant bachelor's degree + certification in Workers' Compensation or Risk Management (preferred).
Extensive experience in workers' compensation management, with deep knowledge of legislation, claims management, and RTW coordination.
A proven ability to engage stakeholders, navigate complex claims, and drive proactive risk reduction strategies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Passion for workplace wellbeing and a track record of developing effective injury prevention programs.
