About the Role
The Regional Business Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient administrative and operational support across the region. This role coordinates a broad range of functions - including facilities, transport, workplace health and safety (WHS), procurement, inventory, helpdesk, events, communications, policies, and customer inquiries. Working independently within the Operations team, the Regional Business Support Coordinator supports the Regional Director, Project Coordinators, and other staff as needed, ensuring smooth of day-to-day activities and contributing to overall operational excellence.

What you'll be going
Executive Assistant Support
- Attend management and project meetings, preparing agendas and capturing accurate meeting notes.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate invitations.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate department travel and campus visit arrangements.

Operational Administration & Support
- Deliver administrative support across regional operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate workplace facilities, transport logistics, WHS processes, and campus and operational initiatives.
- Support transport related tasks including vehicle registration, maintenance reminders, procurement tracking, disposals, driver inductions, fleet audits, and insurance summaries.
- Coordinate initiatives related to student and staff uniforms, campus canteen services, and staff benefits/memberships.
- Manage inventory tracking and procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, invoice processes, and expense reconciliation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper management of accounts, devices, and access.

- Proven Administration experience with strong organisational, interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Strong administration, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Customer-focused approach with efficient inquiry management.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, WHS, procurement, and compliance frameworks.
