**What this job involves**:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Security Clearance Coordinator.

In this role, you will effectively manage the overall security clearances framework.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Checking New Vendor’s staff to see if there is an existing security clearance
Check if existing clearance satisfies the requirement of role, Including recognition and transfer of clearances
Ensure that requests are addressed in an expeditious manner
Submission of AGSVA Clearance Requests for new clearances required to relevant parties
Management of Security Tracker and Master Clearance Register, including additions, updates, and cancellations
Provide the relevant clearance forms to the Vendors to complete and provide assistance as required
Other security related tasks as required

Capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters and information
Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, manage own workload, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
