**The Company**:
A well established provider of laundry equipment is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to work within a close knit team where everyone supports each other.
**The Role**:
Your proven reception / administration experience along with your proficient computer skills ie MS Word and Excel and accurate data entry is essential in this busy role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and actioning
- ie. Log service calls, take messages, etc.
- Receive and log breakdowns
- Issue work requests to sub-contractors through PO’s
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of service work
- Relieving duties of other staff members, ie. quoting
**The Person**:
What you’ll need to succeed:
A positive attitude and drive to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and to work unsupervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional manner and telephone skills
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) & SAP/SAP planner.
